Sun visors

Hello everybody,
my car is Italian and comes out without courtesy lights in the sun visors, I saw that the Japanese version has this feature (I don't know your cars), can you tell me if it is possible to fit these lights without changing the sun visors?
or is it necessary to buy new sun visors?
in both cases can you tell me some code to find the spare parts?
