Any suggestions massively appreciated, as I have long drive early tomorrow.

Someone randomly smashed my passenger window and side mirror glass yesterday. I had window fixed today, and the replacement glass (with heated pannel) came special order today.

It looks like should fit, looks like one that came out, but I CANNOT get it to align / clip in.

Outer mirror part is fine, it is clipping the glass and backing plastic into the outer part I am struggling with.

Very happy to pay or for recommendations of somewhere that might help.

I need to leave 6am tomorrow, then drive 2-2.5 hours North, and would prefer my wing mirror if possible.

I cant find a you tube guide for this type / 2017? Any online suggestions / guidance welcome.

It may now be too late to help, but if it looks identical try warming the glass up to a good room temperature , maybe about 25c or so. And if possible some gentle heat applied to the mirror housing on the car. Switching on the heated mirror for a while might do the the job, even if the mirror is not yet fully secure. Plastic securing clips etc can be a tight fit at the best of times and can get worse in cold temperatures. They can even become brittle and break more easily when cold. .
