Sounds like a fan blade catching something  (due to a worn bearing?)
I though on begining same as You , because when fan switch on the noise appear. But later when engine getting warmer fan was not working and noise remain( after 15 minutes on engine running from cold)

If the noise starts when the engine warms up then that’s your clue. It must be something to do with oil or coolant movement or the physical expansion or oil starvation of a component.
The oil hasn’t been changed in 10k miles, do that first, it needs doing.
Always start with the simple and cheap things if a general check isn’t revealing anything. It will enable you to check the state of the old oil too, any metal pieces etc.

The OP taking the drive belt off would have stopped water pump turning,  and the noise was still there..
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

Buy a Mechanic's Stethoscope.  Bought one last year which only cost a fiver and it really saved me a lot of problems and expense of replacing parts randomly'

Much safer and accurate than the old "screwdriver to the ear trick".  Wish I had bought one years ago!

Today i changed oil and fillter. (Mobil Super 3000 X1 Formula FE 5W-30 Oil)
As i was aware, still noise appear when engine hot.
The noisiest is in intake manifold area/ valve cover, so i suspect valves/ engine cylider or something like that  :o

I checked location of PCV valve today and removing and cleaning is like mission impossible ;-)
I purchased mechanic stethoscope and checked today and loudes noise generated is touching intake manifold

Look like something with valves/cyclinders ?
