The front jets are clipped in with a lug front and rear. If you slide a fine tool in the front you can lever them up and out, twisting won't help, and just grabbing with pliers mangles them a bit.

There's some slack in the pipes once removed.  It's one pipe most of the way, with a T junction serving the furthest passenger side.

sorted...

remove the scuttle clip as in photo,
prise up & undo the philips screw holding the washer jet in,
remove & replace (or clean out)
rebuild the opposite way.
voila

2 honda dealers wanted to charge me £76 & £82 just to have a look......

If you live in hard water area and use tap water to fill the washer bottle the nozzles can 'fur up' with calcium and other minerals from the water just like the shower head in your bathroom - for this reason some recommend a bit of vinegar or descaler on the nozzle, or maybe a bit of calgon in the washer bottle. Also if you leave water in too long (like my wife does because her washer bottle never needs topping up) mould or algae can grow in it and block nozzles up.
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

We live in a soft water area. I used to use tap water and any old washer liquid ( not washing up liquid) till, the car developed the most disgusting smell when the washers were used. When I checked the reservoir it had sludge in the bottom. I now use Autoglym washer fluid and Tesco's deionised water. No problems, yes they both cost but three bottles of Autoglym lasts a year ( that's with the extra for winter).
Am I off track here but I thought I had read somewhere that vinegar does not do well with modern car rubbers.
In some 5 years, I have never had a blocked nozzle. Yes I know, this week I will get one!!!!!
I found that although it is soft water here tap water contains quite a few problems such as iron etc. ( Found this out when I had to do some plumbing). The soft water had done some nasties to the copper pipe.

Don't put vinegar in washer bottle just on the nozzle to dissolve calcium - soft water is actually bad news for your plumbing system as it is acidic and corrodes metal - hard  (alkaline) water does not corrode but you get limescale.

Deionised water is very corrosive as it will scavenge the missing ions (anodic or positive particles) back from materials it comes into contact with. Can accelerate corrosion in water systems. Better and cheaper to use distilled water, especially if you have a dehumidifier or aircon
at home it comes free for your steam iron and washer bottle.

I wouldn't put washing up liquid in the water as it has salt in it and doesn't like rubber either.
I use bottled water as I have a good supply and a good quality additive, altering the concentration to suit the season.
The washer additives sold by the motor accessory shops and parts suppliers are formulated to do the job of clearing the screen and not attacking the pipes, nozzles etc.

Firstly, I apologise for the vinegar comment. I looked at the hand book and the reference is to putting vinegar in the windscreen washer water as it is detrimental to the washer pump. Culzean has clarified that point. As to deionised water, all I can say  is I have had no problems with it. Now, water from the dehumidifier, my Wife used to use it in her iron until  she did a decoke ( why modern irons need this was clearly illustrated) the crud that came out was quite amazing. We assume it is dirt in the air. We also have a filtered water system, as She has health problems and even that used in the iron produces copious amounts of crud.
Distilled water I can only surmise is even more expensive than deionised water. Where one can buy it I know not. I bought some deionised water from a motor factor and it was three times the price of good ol Tesco, so I am loathe to go to a factor, perhaps a good look around Tesco's might produce some. I hate the place but they do have a very good range of specialist food that my Wife requires, so trips there are infrequent and under duress. Moany ol git!!!!

New washer jet fitted & a new MOT certificate

£12  including the vat

Interstingly, when i went to the dealers to collect the washer jet, the service reception guy said that failing jets on the jazz was starting to become more regular..

Anyone else staring to get problems?

Sent two to JeffyJazz as his were stolen by a monkey.....   I think the front washer pump is life limited, mine stopped, others have reported it, although giving it a J. Clarkson repair seems to have fixd it for a while. (hit with hammer)

Pure tap water does create green sludge, so always put some screen wash concentrate in now, plus that seems to dissolve bugs more easily.

I've once had to use Evian in lieu of a hose/tap/container - so an empty milk container now lives with the spare wheel.

I know this is an old post, but this post helped me with 2012 Jazz blocked washer mist jets, I could not unblock the offending jet, removed the washer pump & cleaned out the washer bottle & bought 2 replacement jets from Honda for about £30, fixed the problem, the jets are adjustable with a small screwdriver, bit of a faff, but now work perfectly. Thankyou to posters above for the help
