Faulty MODE CONTROL DIAL

Hello,
Could anybody advise me please.   (Honda Jazz 2009)

Put my heating on to clear my windows and the MODE CONTROL DIAL which helps me choose where i want the heat directed is stuck rigid, wont budge left or right.
The heating and fans all still work fine.
Any ideas ?
