seatbelts

I'm replacing the drivers 'dog chewed' seat belt on my 2012 Jazz. Do I disconnect the battery when unplugging/replugging the yellow plug?

I would definitely say yes, you don't want the seatbelt pre-tensioner going off! Better safe than sorry ;)

All went smoothly. I kept the old seatbelt connected until the new one was bolted in. Disconnected both terminals while yellow plug was swapped over-total power off time about 5 seconds! Only had to rekey in radio code and reset clock. V. Happy bunny.
