clutch

I members i have a Honda Jazz 2009 ishift,when i stop at lights it goes to1A hold it on foot brake  while lights change it trys to stallfor 2/3 seconds then its ok again on normal tick over it may do it twice in a minute .It was a slight shudder but now got worse could it be the clutch at fault it as done 69.000 miles. Normally a failing clutch has the opposite effect. Revs go up, not down.
