Help !!! Superlocking stuck on.

Paid for the fix. £1100 not as much but still grim. Went to car in dealers car park. Unlocked car, put on the superlocking.
unable to get in the car!!!!!! Exactly as I left it 19 days ago!!!! Can only access drivers side with key in lock!!!!
The word nightmare doesn't do it justice!!
3 actuators replaced. Not sure that was the problem...

Funny to hear that a main dealer has the guts to take £1100 for such a 'repair'. Nothing has changed except two bank accounts...

What was their reaction when you showed them it was still the same ?

Got the service manager to car. Showed him the problem. Left it with them. Missus told them to refund me.  They've cascaded it up to Honda UK. I suspect its an electrical problem,  relay or something.
I'm not sure dealerships have the skills to fault find, replace parts yes, but I do not take my car to dealers, I use a good garage. But they've been OK with their communications. No courtesy car though after 20 days...

I have my cars serviced at a local garage. Used him for 12 years. Took the jazz to main honda dealer for the superlocking problem. Hope that clears up the confusion...

I get a little nervous when they say a technician is working on my car. I prefer a car mechanic to be working on my car...

If you have problems with the engine, brakes etc. you are right.
With your problem, a technician really doesn't seem like a bad choice to me..

I think technician is a general term used for dealer/garage mechanics. :'(
