For me it's B almost 100% of the time. I find the deceleration is more evident than in D but not too different from some diesel cars, no big problems for the rear traffic.
Nice car!

I’m lucky at the moment, my xstar is due next month, my work purchased an electric Renault Zoe for my hospital runs. The Zoe has a B and D so it’s giving me a bit of training from my 44 years of manual driving. Hopefully I’ll be up to scratch for the crossbar. Zoe by the way has nothing on the jazz, the space is awful.

Exactly what I found. The reliability is poor too according to reports.

Well after using a Zoe now for two weeks I can honestly say that I wished I’d got an automatic car years ago, the Zoe has saved me from using the crosstar to navigate my foot use, even to driving around Bristol and never touching a brake whilst in B mode. I certainly wouldn’t ever recommend a totally electric car though, watch the battery gauge fall is quite nervy.

My first automatic drive was my bosses Austin 2200 back in about 1972.

I took to it like a duck to water and I've been buying autos ever since.
Let's be careful out there !
