In doing an increasing amount of miles in my Honda Jazz, I've noticed that there's zero UV protection from the glass and my arms are getting sunburnt.
Has anyone got any recommendations what to do please?

I had a similar problem in an older car I drove. Suncream or long sleeves were my solution.
(Be careful about wearing string backed driving gloves unless to want an interesting suntan on your hands)

You could get tinted window film fitted - there are loads of companies about and some even do mobile fitting.
