My car shall now be called kitt as its literally knight rider
Not put it on the car battery as I'd rather preserve that so that's on a separate 12v circuit

i wouldn't have the red leds on whilst driving as your asking to be stopped
you cannot have red light at the front of the car the only permissible colours are white & amber.

100% correct - But I do see lots of vehicles driving around with blue sidelights (very, very blue not just a tinge of blue) they must know blue is only supposed to be used on emergency vehicles.
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

The sidelights are a funny one
They must be yellow or white as with the main beam
But police never pick up on it
And that would instantly fail an mot
However blue can be used in standalone bits but as long as it doesn't flash

I was pulled in Manchester a few years ago and given a "warning" about the (non-flashing) blue lights on my dash.

Started getting handy with a needle recently and made some headrest covers and a cushion
In orange of course
Managed to get a load of swatches from where I work so didn't cost anything
Just got two more to do but otherwise theres one for each size headrest done so far
Quite therapeutic so might make something more of it

Had an orange radiator cap arrive
Been waiting for an extremely long time as I decided to change from my old red one about 3 months ago
Couldn't decide between orange or silver

Got my headrest covers finished
Am happy with the outcome if only the girlfriend was.....
She doesn't like the orange
Glad I had enough fabric for all 5 headrests though

Problem is though that I've made pictures that are huge and can't be put on here

Hi harry

If you google 'resize photos' youll be able to reduce the picture files and then youll be able to post them on here

you can also paste photos into MSword document and 'save as'  PDF which reduces file size a lot
