HRV Option Connector

After reading a post on a US HRV site that said the 12v power socket is only at the rear and they wondered how to connect a dashcam, I looked up the Option Connector.

I dropped across this variant and looking at the video, bottom of the images list, they also show a HRV driving in, giving the impression the Option Connector may be the same ?
