The nearside folding mirror on my 2006 Jazz has started making an unusual noise. The mirrors fold in and out perfectly but when out the noise sounds like the motor wont stop running. At present to overcome it I am having to fold the mirrors in on the switch and then push them out manually. This works ok until you switch off the engine and restart at which time the mirrors fold back in and then have to be pushed out again manually, which is a pain! Does anyone know what the problem is? I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the fuse?? as I never fold the mirrors in. Saying that in the manual it doesn't tell you what fuse does the folding mirrors. Can anyone please advise?
