2002 front fog lights

Anyone know if the front fog lights on the 2002 SE 1.4 can be taken apart to clean rusty reflector lenses.
If not do the ones off a civic  fit ,they look very similar.
I've looked on Ebay etc,but Jazz ones seem pretty rare.

To answer your first question.

Even if you can, it can't be worth the bother if aftermarket replacements are less than 30 quid a piece (Less that half of what Honda wants each).

First look up Lings and find the Honda numbers...

Jazz 2002-2004 - first GD.

Right fog light 08V31-S5A-6M001
Left fog light 08V31-S5A-6M002
