I have never seen this before.. Complete set for $600 NZD.. Is this an option in the UK?

Yes, a factory option at ££££.  Never seen one here, although quite popular in the US where the Fit EX-L is in the regular line up.

EX-L model with leather introduced with the facelift in 2011.

Found one at breakers yard, phoned back it had been sold, you really need the door cards as well as the leather seats. $600 NZ good buy, you can always sell the old seats.
