Anyone try swapping out the radio for an Apple CarPlay unit?

Have a 2004 Honda Jazz and the radio doesn’t work although it would occasionally tune to a station it would cut out after a few minutes.

Want to get something with Bluetooth and apple carplay.

Was thinking of picking up a fitting for the stereo like this one:

Going to Halfords buy the unit and getting it fitted? Would it be doable?
