None of the cars we have had (modern garages do not seem to be made to put cars in,  except in Australia where you normally get a huge double garage ) has ever been garaged ,  the best thing we had in UK was a double length carport in front of the garage and cars could sit under it and be protected from sun, rain, snow and frost - never had to clear the windows and the car was open to the wind and not sitting in a garage in a moist environment which encouraged mould and rust.... ( you really need a dehumidifier if your car is garaged,  but if too many gaps around doors you are trying to dry out the whole world as they are normally set to around 50% humidity ).
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

The Jazz, is the only sensibly sized car, able to fit comfortably, in my 1971 Banbury garage.

The wall mounted ladder, is 4" wide.
When exiting. If I brush the folded mirror, along the four dangling strings. I miss the door post by 1".

Works for me!  ;)

Yes! It was bought and paid for, near Chesterfield.

Must have been an export model.....  ;)

Well you never know. There's a helluva lot of houses being built in and around Banbury at the moment.

Some of the houses down my way (built early 2010s) have the garage attached to side the house with the chimney stack (which itself is fake) protruding into the garage space.

Mine's not too bad, but unfolded the door mirrors barely clear the two support pillars, and you have to let the passenger side out before you go in :)

I had this happen to me on my previous Mk3 when there was no apparent reason for it. When I took it back to the dealer they found that there was problem with the camera pack which had to be changed.
Even though it seemed to be fixed I was not happy and that was one of the reasons why I changed it
