Just recently I've been getting a sign popping up looks like a speedometer with either a number 1 or number 2 to the left to it, in the manual it Says " Appears when the vehicle speed reaches the set speed. You can set two different speeds for the alarm"
I've obviously set this inadvertently, any idea how to swirch it off ?

It's not the easiest thing to do unfortunately - you go through the menu settings on the cars dashboard rather than through the infotainment screen.
It's called 'speed alarm' - page 149 on my 21 owners manual.
It's a combination of using the scroll wheel and pressing it when you get a setting. The speed alarm seems to be the last item on the list of dash pages to bring up on the dashboard.
You can set different speeds for 1 and 2, and also set them to off as well.
I have both of mine set, and had to reset them after my car had the battery disconnected - it involved a bit of fiddling as they haven't set it out in a very user friendly way.

Thanks for that, I will go and have a fiddle with it :-)

All done, many thanks.

I've just got one set to 75mph, just in case.

FYI you can set the Jazz speed warning to… 200mph!

That's what I did! 8)

Why ? :)
Although doing 131mph in a 30 zone was a bit over the top :)

When I used to put my phone on the tray in front of the gear lever, it didn’t have good satellite signal.
Occasionally I’d go into a 50mph average zone, and get a warning that I was averaging 120mph or so for a while before it corrected!

:D
That image of mine was when I was on the HS1 train near Maidstone and it runs parallel to a 30mph road
