Scratched Infotainment Screen

Second owner of my 2021 and the previous owner has left the screen covered in shallow scratches.   Anyone have a product they can recommend or any other solutions?   I tried looking for a screen protector but came up with nada.

I've had good results using Meguiar's Plast-RX  with fine scratches.

Needs a fair bit of rubbing with a soft cloth
