Changing a battery
« on: June 08, 2017, 11:57:17 AM »
After having the AA to start after a nearly 7 yr old flat battery bought a Yuasa battery locally for £55 with a 4yr warranty.
Given the concerns expressed by some over the operation of replacing a battery, I approached it with some trepidation. Especially as the car is an I shift.
I am pleased to say, after making sure the selector was in neutral, interior lights off and key out, I took my time. When I switched the ignition on, gears selected OK radio code was a doddle and the clock simple
No cleverness on my part I merely followed the Honda handbook..

As they say, "if all else fails, read the instructions".
