Found this piece of trim in my mothers 2010 Jazz. Any ideas where it goes?

Is it the cover for the seat belt anchorage point on the door pillar.

I've just checked our 2010 Jazz and I'm sorry to say I can't find anything like the part shown.

Front seat inside hinge cover?

edit: Not so sure now, just had a peep at ours, looks different to the one in our 2015...

Any clues from where you found it?
