Title: 2011 Jazz HS interior lights
Post by: dave-a-a on June 18, 2019, 03:29:11 PM
All interior lights on my Jazz have stopped working. Does anyone know which fuse to look at, and where is the timer/dimmer module located?
Next service is a while off, and I'd like to fix it.

It may be worth checking if your boot and or map lights operates they all on fuse 8 which is 15amp.
I would try the radio as well. Sometimes the interior switch gets knocked its 3 way off on with doors on always.

Thanks for the reply; Boot lights come on and the radio is OK. The 3-way switch in the central roof light in the ceiling doesn't work in any position. The "Spotlights" in the ceiling behind the mirror don't work either (you press them to turn them on). I suspect the timer/dimmer module but don't know where it is.

OK, here's the full searchable workshop Manuel, most unusual for that component to go US, have you swopped the bulbs?

Thanks very much; once I could see that the interior cabin lights were on the same fuse as the cargo (boot) light - which was working - I checked the bulbs and found that all 3 had failed. I didn't check before as I didn't expect THREE bulbs to have failed suddenly, and I was nervous about prising out the plastic lenses. Now to get some more bulbs; I wonder why they failed, and hope nothing else was affected.
Thanks again,
Dave.
