I have two LPG pumps near my home is 64.8p and 65.2p a litre, I went contact to https://www.crdperformance.com/tag/honda-jazz-lpg/ the chap said we have fit this car twice before. The one owner has review was impressive with range of near 300 miles plus 410miles of petrol total over 700 miles.
But is that worth?
He said the LPG need service every 10,000 miles to check the pipes and etc. help reduce the risk of explosion! which is cost £67 per service and I am wonder why he said it could get explosion with no reason it sound scary!
the total of carry out is £1,500 with a VAT has anybody fit on GD1? my maths is sucks but I guess it take too long to get the £1500 back? I am suggest you may tell me is not a worth?

How much petrol can you buy with £1500 and £67 a year service? That's worth about 1254 litres of petrol in the first year plus the loss of boot space for the gas tank. Then there's the resale value of the car. Surely it's not cost effective.

LPG is nowhere near as efficient as petrol so the half price fuel is not half price at all.

Jocko's right, mpg reduction of around 15% on a well fitted system, plus some loss of power. Payback on a garage fitted system is reasonable will large petrol guzzlers, but you will have to do a lot of miles in a 50mpg car to see your money back.
Servicing is usually a lpg filter change and a check over, no more.

Im not sure who quoted you £1500, Iam considering LPG - I have a quote for £900. Yes my car is 2009 90K car but in the next few years I will need to travel 20,000 per year for work. it would be harder to sell any
LPG car on due to people not really understanding LPG. I would suggest only converting a car you would intend to keep for years until its paid back the cost. LPG seems to be actually better for the engine due to higher RON, 110 i think compared to 95 unleaded.

Although LPG has a higher octane rating (up to 110+) than petrol (90 – 100) and higher energy value (46,1 MJ/kg) than petrol (43,5 MJ/kg) it still has lower energy density because of the lower liquid density (0,5 – 0,58). Petrol has 0,71 – 0,77.
That is why the consumption (litres per 100 kilometres) is always higher with autogas compared to petrol. On average there is a 20% increase in consumption, but it depends a lot on different factors, so it can be lower or higher.

As Jocko says, mpg is 75-85% of that on petrol because of the lower density and energy content of LPG, depending upon the type of conversion.
Conversion costs can vary quite a bit, depending upon the manufacturer of the kit. You can buy complete kits, supply only, made in Eastern Europe for £400-odd, but the better quality kits can be more than double that.

You have to figure out if you can live with no space in the boot, plus as sparky Paul says the Jazz is pretty frugal on petrol anyway, so payback period is going to be a lot longer than on a car with a bigger engine.

The law of diminishing returns certainly comes into play as your car's mpg goes up, but if you are doing 20,000+ miles a year, it is worth considering.
It's also worth noting that LPG prices vary considerably around the country - 80p/litre in some areas, and less than 50p/litre around Birmingham. Obviously, if you live/work in or near a cheaper area, it makes more sense.

Taking into account the loss in efficiency (15% approx.) and the amount of miles I do I worked it out as 8 months to pay the cost of conversion. The loss of boot space I don't think will be an issue as I'm not really using the boot as it is... the biggest thing I transport is a 40kg German shepherd and she sits on the floor with the back seats folded up.

Makes good economic sense then. It is worth doing.
