Title: Friends CAT stolen from a busy public carpark!

So my friend has had his CAT stolen while parked in a busy shopping centre carpark! CCTV is being investigated. I can't help but notice our Honda Jazz's are obviously being targeted for some reason?

Is there any way to prevent this happening?
