Hi people!
A bit of history on my car (and me, in the process)
I'm the owner of a Mk1 Jazz 1.2 Cool. We bought it in 2007, replacing our Smart Fortwo, as the family was growing to 3 people. The car was shared with the (now ex-)wife and so I didn't care much for it. Long stays in the garage as we are adept of public transportation didn't help either. So, in the end of 2018 the car had only 70k km (43k miles for the imperials).
Divorce came, the car became mine only and it did 25k km (15k miles) in a year and a half.
From 2010 to 2015 I built a Lotus Seven replica kitcar (https://www.facebook.com/ariesmsport/) and in the process learned some aspects about mechanics and became handier with tools. My kit has a Honda CBR900RR 1994 engine, so I'm totally into Honda!
Now I want to start tending to the Jazz, that is showing some battle scars. Learning how to deep clean the interior, will attempt at beating panels and fixing the paint, etc.
So, I hope to have some fun around!

Welcome.
There is a reasonable workshop manual here http://www.hondafitjazz.com/manual.html (http://www.hondafitjazz.com/manual.html) and a good parts list/exploded diagrams here https://www.parts-honda.uk/honda-cars/JAZZ (https://www.parts-honda.uk/honda-cars/JAZZ)

There is a good deep clean video on YouTube channel "Autoshine Cars"
It is titled something like "cleaning a disgusting Honda jazz fit"
A professional valeter demonstrates on a really cruddy looking car he bought at auction, worth a look before you tackle it.

Hello and welcome. :)

Welcome!
We could do with some Portugal sun in the UK at the moment!
-
Thank you for the welcomes and links to information!
As for the sun, it has rained half the time in the past two weeks... And how I dislike the rain!!!
At least I got around to rub the windshield and windows with vinegar and the blades with rubbing alcohol and now not only I have more silent wippers as also it seems mist doesn't stick as much in the morning!
I want to try out fixing some panel damage but can't work in the rain... It will have to wait.
