Ambient temperature sensor
« on: March 12, 2018, 03:19:24 PM »
Hi All,

Have just replaced this with a new genuine Honda part, but outside temperature is still showing as 55 degrees C - exactly as it was before.

Any other suggestions as to what it might be please?

Thanks

Sounds like it has a faulty wire to the sensor or a corroded plug where it plugs into the system. When temperature sensors read a high constant temperature it's nearly always connections.

Hope that helps.

Mike.

It does help thanks Mike.

I will take the front bumper off again at the weekend and have a look.

Cheers,
Keith
