Aftermarket radio and replacement
« on: September 25, 2017, 02:17:29 PM »
Is there anyone here that has experience with these kind of dashboard replacements ?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/CARAV11-213-Car-Radio-Fascia-Facia-Panel-Frame-For-HONDA-Fit-Jazz-Manual-A-C-RHD-/281881579318

I'd like to know how they fit.
And how do you replace those three rings from the heater control panel ? :)

Thanks in advance !

Hi

New Jazz '05 owner here  ( the ownership is new, not the Jazz :)   )

I'm thinking of doing the same thing at the moment, replacing the factory radio/stereo with a 2din touchscreen android entertainment system/ gps device.

At the moment I'm only at the planning phase, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks!
Just took a quick read, but I still haven’t found how those rings around the heater controls (the ones with the symbols on) are switched to the new fascia.

They are thin plastic and stuck on, they need to be pushed gentlly from the back with a blunt item, they still have enough sticky to apply on new fascia

I was about to suggest that.    Thanks for making it clear.
