In March 2017 we were told the timing chain on our Micra had stretched, and the car wasn’t worth repairing.
We looked at a wide range of small cars, and liked the spaciousness and safety of the Jazz. I didn’t like the idea of a tyre repair kit or space saver rather than a 5th road wheel, and joined this forum to study posts on that topic. After some family test drives we chose the Jazz.
I’m retired, my younger son drives the Jazz to work regularly (but I get to use it other times), and we live in Hertfordshire, UK.
I followed the request to introduce myself because I want to post in the technical forum, to get advice on jacking points.
