The exclusivity of a Jazz GK or not?
« on: September 16, 2023, 01:28:25 PM »
It's just a thought, but is there a certain exclusivity  or rareness to a Jazz GK? I don't mean its price, build quality or handling etc.
I mean the total numbers of the Jazz 3 gen at this present driving on the road.
In my case, in the Netherlands, there are currently more than 9 million cars driving for private use.
The number of Jazzes 3th generation that have been sold to the Dutch are 2883 in total.
Statistics* show that there are five times as many Porsche Cayennes and Porsche Taycans sold.
They are considdered as rather exclusive cars...

Sadly, in the UK at least, they seem to be seen as exclusively for “older” people!

I see a fair number of the cooking Jazz but not many of the 1.5 Sport that we have.

But then in Eastbourne we have a more elderly population and a Honda main dealer.  ;D

It's the same in the whole Europe.
I'm "young inside".

I’ve had my Advance Jazz for just over 2 months, with the mileage now showing 1747 miles.
However, I have not seen another Mk 4 uplift model, anywhere, except on a dealers forecourt.
Does that mean that Jazz sales are not doing very well in the UK at the present time?

I see a lot round these parts. I figured they were quite a volume seller for a Honda.

Were the mk1 or mk2 better sellers do you know?

Re the 1.5 sport mk3. Funky looking cars for sure, but I reckon I've only seen a handfull on the roads. Look lovely in that bright blue.

I've yet to see another Mark 3 Jazz since I've bought mine. I see a few Mark 2 and Mark 1 Jazzs but I didn't realise when I bought it how relatively rare these are on the road. I don't think I've seen a Mark 4 yet either.
