I'll get it towed to the dealer on Monday. But I think this is a good thing, because now they have possibility to actually find the faulty component.

Honda Jazz Mk1 2002-2008 / Parking Sensors
« Last post by Honda1 on September 07, 2024, 09:32:17 PM »Hello All
I have just bought a 2008 58 plate Honda Jazz in the uk and I have a question about the parking sensors.
Firstly, I can't work out if they are factory fitted, the wiring looks like it may be but the sensors themselves look a bit tatty.
Secondly, when I engage reverse I get a double beep every 2 or 3 seconds but if I try to operate them I get no different noise
Are these factory fitted, was this an option at the time or are they likely to be after market?
Thanks in advance.

Honda Jazz Mk1 2002-2008 / Re: Brake Piston Won't go back enough when changing Pads/rotors
« Last post by embee on September 07, 2024, 05:47:08 PM »Brake system seals are usually EPDM, you can look it up..
WD40 is essentially a mixture of white spirit type solvent and mineral oil plus some waxes, you can easily check the safety data sheets online.
EPDM is not compatible with these substances, you can easily check the rubber compatibility charts online.
I would recommend not using WD40 on brake seals, but check for yourself.

Honda Jazz Mk4 2020 - / 2024 Jazz Crosstar-Android Auto Freezing Problem
« Last post by Seyranari on September 07, 2024, 04:33:21 PM »Hello. I am having an Android Auto freezing problem in my 2024 Jazz Hybrid Crosstar vehicle. I tried it on both my phones, the problem is the same, they have Android 11 and 13 operating systems. My phone connects to the vehicle wired and wirelessly. However, when I want to get directions using Google Maps, the system freezes and never comes back. There are many people around me who have this problem with 2024 jazz. I rebooted the multimedia system and it didn't work. This issue is really bothering me. I would be very happy if you could help me. Thank you very much.
