Jazz mk2 2012 nsr window motor

New member. Sorry if I have posted in the wrong place.  I am trying to replace the near side rear window regulator. I have everything stripped and the motor unit unbolted, the old motor is burnt out,I have a  replacement unit but can't work out how to either lower the window or extract the old unit as it is keeping the window fully closed.any advice will be welcome. Thanks.

Welcome.   You might find this topic gets moved to the general Mk2 questions forum, but replies here are fine until it does.

If you go to Body > Windows, then you should find a list of links including this page Rear Door Glass and Regulator Replacement.  That should hopefully explain how to get the glass removed so you can reach the mechanism.
