technical info difficult to locate

it's always tricky to find [url removed] page which is not accessible through search or main page(or it's just me not seeing it where it's referenced there)
I keep forgetting that it's not forum topic
not sure how to fix that, maybe sticky topic with the same name and few ref words pointing there?
like "technical spec GD vs GE"

There is a link in the footer.

It was setup as a webpage as forum topics can be difficult for search engines to index correctly.

It will be replaced soon with something different.
