problm with Honda car kit please help

I have 2014 Honda Jazz Si with add on Honda hands free phone kit as part of Si package.
all phone book numbers loaded off my Samsung Galaxy S4 except one particular number despite many attempts by myself & Honda dealers
Help please !

Could it perhaps be whether the number is on the sim card and not the phone

The number is on Sim & Phone memory , makes no difference which memory is loaded

Try adding it as an international number (0044) then drop the first 0 of the phone number.
