I know there had been 100s of post on this but I want to take some of the tumblers out as I have seen suggested.I've followed the guides on how to remove barrel but before I can even get close to mine there is metal cover over the whole thibg.I've removed a 10mm bolt at the top but something is still holding it in,do I need to remove the door latch?

I would always swop over the passenger to drivers lock before shelling out for new parts
Can't remember if there's another bolt/fixing but there's a good Jazz Manuel here - works best on IE
